As an IT support company, we are called upon to help local Home & Businesses keep their technology running, so when we got a call from a local pensioner who was unable to get upstairs to watch her TV, which is her lifeline in these times, we were happy to help move it downstairs.

Once the TV was relocated, it was quickly apparent that the tuning issues she had experienced was in fact down to the Satellite connection and not the TV, so we needed to call on the help of a local specialist to replace the satellite receiver (the LNB).

To find a trusted installer, I turned to the BNI directory and after a false start, called Jason to see if he could help. Despite being currently on a job that had him working the other side of London, Jason agreed to help came down at the end of the day later that week.

It was great to meet Jason on the job, I instantly felt confident that he would deliver a good job and I was not disappointed. While this was only a small job, he made both me and my customer feel important, keeping me informed on the progress and options, helping the customer understand the controls and providing photographs of the aerial so we could see the condition of the satellite dish.

In summary Jason was a joy to work with, punctual, professional, and with a plethora of AV skills which enables him to deliver a complete job.
